We offer shipping to australian addresses only. Flat rate shipping of $10.00 unless using a promotional code.
Orders are processed based on item availability and payment approval. During periods of high volume sales, product availability maybe subject to change during the order process.
Pre-order items will be indicated on the product page with the estimated shipping date. Once ordered the full payment will be captured. Items can be cancelled before confirmation of item being shipped. This can be done via email to contactinprovence@gmail.com
Please not we are unable to spilt orders if some items are in stock and others are pre-order.
Returns
All items must be in original condition, any items that have been damaged, worn, washed or altered cannot be returned.
All items are quality checked before shipping and our items come with guarantees under the australian consumer law.
Customers are entitled to a replacement or full refund for a major failure and for compensation for any reasonable foreseeable loss or damage.Please email to discuss. Please note no returns on earrings or bathing suits, due to hygiene.

Inspired by the South of France, i have created my vision for effortless everyday pieces for busy women that want classic yet comfort, in neutral tones you can wear on repeat. I am a mother of preterm twins and i struggled to find comfortable pieces to wear whilst having long hospital admissions. I wanted to share pieces that can make being a new or expectant mother feel a little more luxurious with soft comfortable robes (perfect for feeding baby) with pockets (a bonus) and a range of active wear and comfy tees. A brand that is inclusive of women of all ages.
